Full Time Sales Support Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in POWERPLUS GROUP PTE. LTD. Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Key Accounts Managers in following up with existing customers
• Prepare and issue quotations and Sales Purchase Agreements
• Assist in tender documentation together with the pre-sales team
• Issue work orders upon customer purchase confirmation
• Maintain proper filing of sales correspondence, contracts, and official documents
• Follow up on and help revive inactive customer accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, operations, logistics, finance)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1 year of relevant sales support or sales administration experience
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
