About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Logistics Planner – Junior Executive to support daily transportation planning, delivery coordination, tracking and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, operations teams and clients to ensure deliveries are properly planned, monitored and completed within the required timeline.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery and transportation activities.

• Prepare delivery schedules and assign jobs based on vehicle availability, capacity, timing and operational requirements.

• Monitor delivery progress and follow up with drivers and operations teams.

• Coordinate changes, urgent deliveries, delays and operational exceptions.

• Track vehicle movements, delivery status and job completion.

• Maintain accurate planning sheets, trackers and operational records.

• Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports for management.

• Analyse operational data and identify gaps, delays or recurring issues.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth execution of deliveries.

• Escalate critical delays, vehicle issues, manpower constraints or service failures.

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and Excel skills may be considered.

• Advanced-level Microsoft Excel proficiency is a MUST.

• Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.

• Good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and remain productive while working from home.

• Able to work Monday – Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

• Able to handle pressure, urgent requests and changing delivery requirements.

• Experience in logistics, transportation planning or fleet coordination is an advantage.
