Are you passionate about customer service and baked goods? Join our growing team as and help us bring smiles to our customers, one pastry at a time!
Location: ISLAND WIDE,
Full-time Bakery & Service Staff Key Responsibilities:
SERVICE
Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
Operate POS system and handle monetary transactions
Assist in packing bakery items
Ensure bakery products are well displayed
Replenish stock on shelves and counters as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the shop
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager
Able to do baking under high pressure environment
Experience
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail or hospitality (bakery experience a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for customer satisfaction and high-quality products
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Basic knowledge of POS systems and store reporting
BAKER
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads to perfection
Follow recipes and maintain consistent product quality
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bakery area
Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
Collaborate with the team to meet customer demands and seasonal offerings
