Project & Contract Officer

Location: Ipoh, Perak

We are a road & drainage contractor involved in construction projects, machinery rental and self-loader transportation.

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Project & Contract Officer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Quantity take-off and costing
• Prepare quotations and progress claims
• Material sourcing, ordering and coordination
• Prepare project documents, letters and records
• Handle and follow up customer enquiries
• Handle machinery rental and self-loader transportation enquiries
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and site team

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction or related field preferred
• Relevant experience is an advantage
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
• Good attitude and teamwork are important

Salary

RM2,300 – RM2,800, depending on experience and capability.

Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience may also be considered for a junior position.
