About the role?

Take charge of daily workshop operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure every repair meets the highest standards of quality and safety. From managing jobs and inventory to solving customer concerns, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused workshop.

Responsibilities:

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare, update, and file documentation, reports, and presentations to ensure accurate and timely information sharing.

Dealer Relationship Management:

• Assist in maintaining and managing relationships with dealers.
• Support communication and follow-up activities with dealers to strengthen partnerships.

Data Management:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to retail performance, dealer operations, and market trends.
• Provide insights to support strategic planning and reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administration/operations (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
