Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team at NAIS Computer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our laptop and computer products, and supporting the daily sales operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
• Promote and sell laptops, computers, accessories and related products.
• Explain product features, specifications and pricing to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Support daily store operations and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn about laptops, computers and technology products.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
