Job Requirements

• At least 2 years or working experience in that related field is required for this position
• Specializing in Food & Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent will be added advantages
• Able for banquet cook
• Hot Kitchen Area
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
• Able to work in team
• Able to communicate well
• Willing to work according to shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Descriptions

• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Follow all sanitization procedures
• Ensure great presentation by dressing the dishes before they are served.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene in preparing the ingredients
• Manage kitchen operations, including ingredient sourcing, inventory control, and kitchen equipment maintenance
• Assist chef to meet operational needs, including coordination between departments.
• Participates in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, as well as production, portion, and presentation standards.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
