Full Time Site Engineer (BIM Modeller) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Talent Bridge Solution Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Site & Model Coordination: Manage, update, and coordinate 3D BIM models using Revit (MEP/Structural) directly from the site office to align with actual site progress.
• Clash Management: Perform comprehensive clash detection across M&E, Structural, and Architectural disciplines using Revit/Navisworks, and propose engineering solutions to resolve discrepancies on-site.
• Drawing Production: Produce and review precise shop drawings, detailed section drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit for site construction use.
• On-Site Verification: Conduct regular site inspections and walkthroughs to verify structural/M&E measurements, ensuring physical site installations perfectly match the approved BIM model.
• Technical Compliance: Ensure all modeling workflows, drawing details, and site engineering works strictly comply with project specifications, local building codes, and authority standards.
• Subcontractor Supervision: Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site implementation issues and clarify technical design/modeling queries.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date BIM documentation, including drawing registers, model revision controls, and site request for information (RFI) logs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related engineering field.
• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Revit (MEP/Architecture/Structure) and AutoCAD. Experience with Navisworks, BIM 360, or any cloud-based BIM collaboration tools is highly preferred.
• Technical Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of combined experience as a Site Engineer and BIM Modeler within the construction building sector, with strong knowledge of M&E services or structural elements.
• Engineering Skills: Strong ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot complex engineering layouts, architectural intents, and schematic drawings on-site.
• Work Attitude: Problem-solver with excellent spatial visualization, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict project construction timelines.
• Work Location: Based at the Project Site Office, with occasional travel to Headquarters (HQ) for main coordination meetings.
• Open to Local & Foreign Workers (FW)
• For Foreign Workers (FW): Must possess valid legal working documentation or meet all eligibility requirements for corporate work permit/visa sponsorship. Good command of technical English is essential.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
