Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager and Construction Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of site activities.
- Supervise daily construction works to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel on technical and construction matters.
- Review construction drawings and highlight discrepancies, clashes or technical issues to the Project Manager and consultants.
- Monitor work progress and ensure construction activities are carried out according to the approved project programme.
- Carry out site inspections and ensure workmanship and materials comply with approved specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, QP, RTO and relevant authorities where required.
- Prepare and submit inspection requests, RFAs, RFIs, material submissions, method statements and other required project documentation.
