- Willing to learn and assist the kitchen team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
- Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare ingredients and perform mise en place.
- Assist with cooking, plating and food preparation.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food.
- Assist during busy service periods.
- Perform other kitchen duties as required.
