Salt Talent Search is looking for a Video Content Creator for a 6-12 months extendable contract role.

• Design compelling Video story arcs, character identities, and thematic structures for digital media.
• Craft high-level creative Videos to guide generative models toward specific artistic styles, tones, and moods.
• Produce polished, media segments (1–3 minutes) by curating and synthesizing various created components.
• Refine outputs through precise stylistic adjustments, focusing on pacing, aesthetic "feel," and the selection of the best possible takes.
• Rate AI-generated content againsthuman-produced benchmarks on: emotional impact, visual coherence, voice naturalness, pacing, narrative hook strength
• Identify failure modes: uncanny valley moments, continuity breaks, dialogue that feels off, visual artifacts
• Maintain a quality log documenting what works, what doesn't, and patterns in output quality

What Do you need:

• Strong AI Video creation experience.
• Storytelling instinct-you understand narrative structure, pacing, cliffhangers, and emotional beats
• Comfort with AI tools
• Visual sensibility — you can evaluate whether a generated scene looks right, feels natural, maintains character consistency Attention to detail — you notice when something is slightly off (wrong lip sync, inconsistent lighting, unnatural dialogue)
