Full Time Resident Engineer Jobs, Salary up to SGD 8,000 in Greensafe International Pte Ltd East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Scope of Work
The current scope comprises phased upgrading works within an operational airport environment, including:

• Baggage Handling System (BHS) enhancement and redevelopment works
• Terminal frontage (FOH) upgrading works
• Architectural upgrading and refurbishment works
• Roof link construction works
• M&E systems upgrading works
• Toilet upgrading works
• Skytrain upgrading (infrastructure works)

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural construction works to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Verify construction activities comply with approved drawings and technical specifications to maintain project standards
• Monitor and enforce quality control and safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed records to track project progress and identify issues early
• Review contractors' submissions and method statements to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant site supervision experience or Resident Engineer.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations essential for compliance and project execution
• Resident Engineer with IES Registration is Must.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
