Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Sales will lead the organisation's regional sales function, with oversight of corporate, international and partnership revenue streams. This is a strategic leadership appointment responsible for shaping the sales agenda, building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable, profitable growth across all market segments.
The successful candidate will bring deep sales leadership expertise gained within the hospitality sector and related consumer services and a proven ability to scale revenue in complex, multi-channel and multi-market environments. You will combine strong commercial acumen with a collaborative leadership style, acting as a trusted partner to the CEO and a visible leader across the organisation.
Commercial Strategy & Growth
- Define and execute the organisation's sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and long-term growth ambitions.
- Identify, prioritise and capture growth opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Drive top-line revenue growth across corporate, international and partnership channels.
- Expand international market presence through the development of strategic partnerships and new distribution opportunities.
- Develop and implement key account strategies for high-value B2B customers, strengthening long-term commercial partnerships.
- Optimise pricing, packaging and distribution strategies to maximise yield, profitability and market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights and emerging consumer behaviours to inform strategic and commercial decisions.
- Partner with marketing, product and operations teams to develop integrated commercial propositions and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales organisation across multiple functions and markets.
- Establish clear KPIs, performance metrics and accountability frameworks to drive consistent execution and commercial results.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
- Build strong succession pipelines and identify, develop and retain future sales leaders.
- Act as a visible and inspiring leader, engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Background
- A minimum of 20 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 7 to 9 years in a senior leadership position such as Vice President, Director or equivalent.
- Proven track record in the hospitality, tourism or consumer services related (FMCG) sectors.
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue across multi-channel, multi-market and complex commercial environments.
- Experience leading large and diverse sales teams, including 10 or more direct and indirect reports.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics, distribution channels and partnership models.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, financial literacy and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics and revenue management tools.
- Collaborative and influential leadership style, with the ability to engage effectively across executive, operational and frontline teams.
- High resilience, energy and adaptability, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
