Role Description The Senior Car Detailer is a full-time, on-site role based in Seremban,Negeri Sembilan. This role is responsible for overseeing high-quality vehicle detailing, including exterior washing, polishing, waxing, and interior cleaning to meet established standards. The Senior Car Detailer leads day-to-day detailing activities, guides junior team members, inspects completed work, and ensures that all vehicles are handled safely and professionally. The role also involves communicating with customers about service options, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns to maintain strong customer satisfaction. This position requires adherence to workplace safety procedures, efficient use of detailing products and equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Auto Detailing skills, including experience with both interior and exterior detailing processes.
• Candidates should possess Car Wash expertise, including correct use of cleaning products and tools, and knowledge of safe washing techniques.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with team members and explain services clearly to customers.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities, including a professional attitude, active listening, and resolving issues respectfully.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead detailing role is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting as required.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle surfaces, paint protection, and detailing products is an advantage.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness in the workplace are essential.
