Full Time Compliance Officer (Insurance, Balance Scorecard) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Risk and Compliance function to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist with balanced scorecard audits, regulatory reporting, complaints handling, investigations and resolution of compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory developments and support communication and implementation of changes, including the Financial Advisers Act and Personal Data Protection Act.
• Conduct due diligence on new business relationships and support ongoing reviews with business partners.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Banking/ Finance or equivalent.
• With 2 – 5 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably within financial advisory or insurance.
• Relevant compliance qualifications or industry experience will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and analytical skills.
• Experience in conducting investigations or investigative interviews.
• Familiarity with the Financial Advisers Act and Regulations, PDPA, MAS Notices and Guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills.
