Responsibilities
Job Summary
Set up, program, and operate advanced machine tools to produce high-quality, high-precision components.
Work closely with the engineering team to meet strict quality and production schedules.
Ensure all manufactured parts strictly adhere to exact technical specifications and engineering blueprints.
Key Responsibilities

Can be able to
Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and engineering blueprints to determine project dimensions and tolerances.
Education:
Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience on manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and a solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
Core Skills:
mechanical troubleshooting abilities, and high attention to detail.

Can be able to

- Able to Install, align, work on and secure cutting tools, fixtures, workpieces, and materials on CNC or manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders).

- Able to use high-precision measuring instruments—such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs—to verify part dimensions against tolerances.
Education:
Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
