We're looking for a hands-on Live Stream Supervisor to manage and grow our daily live stream operations on TikTok Shop and Shopee. Live streaming is one of our key revenue drivers, and this role is central to making it work.

You'll lead a team of live hosts, optimize live performance, and ensure we consistently hit our GMV targets — primarily across night shifts, weekends and public holidays, covering both in-office and work-from-home hosts.

Performance & GMV Growth

• Own daily and monthly GMV targets for live streaming

• Track key metrics — conversion rate, viewership, engagement and sales

• Analyse live data and continuously refine scripts, flow and offers to boost results

Live Operations Management

• Plan and manage daily live schedules across TikTok Shop and Shopee

• Ensure every live session is fully prepared — products, promotions, scripts and stock

• Coordinate campaign mechanics, pricing and promotional offers during live sessions

Host Team Management

• Supervise and manage a team of live hosts

• Train and coach hosts to improve their selling skills, engagement and consistency

• Monitor individual host performance and provide clear, actionable feedback

Live Execution & Monitoring

• Oversee live sessions in real-time to ensure smooth and effective execution

• Troubleshoot issues on the spot — technical problems, flow disruptions or engagement drops

• Ensure hosts stay on-message with the correct positioning and selling strategy

Growth & Optimization

• Identify winning formats, hooks and selling angles that drive conversions

• Collaborate with content, affiliate and marketing teams to boost traffic and conversion

• Continuously test and improve live strategies to scale overall performance

Must Have

• Proven experience in TikTok Live selling/hosting or live commerce

• Strong understanding of live stream sales strategies and conversion tactics

• Experience managing or coaching live hosts or a team

• Data-driven mindset — able to read performance data and act on it

• Willing to work shift-based hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tiktok Live

• Background in e-commerce or marketplace operations
