Export Shipping Executive (Food Manufacturing) | Up to $3,300 Basic + PB
Working days: 5 days work week | Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
Working location: Pioneer
Job Description
Working closely with Executive Chairman & Joint CEO to serve new/existing customers and provide feasible logistics solutions
Handling the entire spectrum of Export documentations and Operations
Book vessel space with shipping lines and provide booking confirmation to customers
Liaising with SFA officers for application of Export Health Certificate
Arranging documents to bank for negotiation for shipment under L/C payment & D/P payment
Arranging documents to Embassy and government authorities for endorsement
Verifying bills on freight charges
Ensure all necessary financial security in place prior loading/ discharge
Cover Export Shipping Executive who is on leave
Handle daily operations – troubleshooting on warehouse and production matters
Stock allocation
Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company
Requirements
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
