Position: Senior/ Junior Account Executive

Office location near KL Sentral with easy access to public transportation.

Working Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Our client is a Singapore based company, specializing in space optimization and facilities management. Then throughout the year they have expanded their business to Malaysia, but Malaysia wise it is a shared service centre, which is responsible for managing day to day transactions in MY & SG

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) duties.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements for reporting purposes.
• Handle GST filing for the Singapore entity in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the financial budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
