Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, People & Culture, or Employee Engagement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable communicating and working with different people and departments.
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is an added advantage.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

About the Role

As a Human Resources Intern in INFLUASIA, you will get hands-on exposure across recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and employer branding. We’re looking for someone who’s organised, proactive, people-friendly, and excited to learn! 

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Support job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication via Hiredly, JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other relevant recruitment channels.
2. HR Operations: Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and documentation.
3. Employee Lifecycle: Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
4. Employee Engagement: Assist with team activities, celebrations, events, and engagement initiatives.
5. Employer Branding: Create HR content that showcases INFLUASIA’s people and culture.
6. HR Projects: Support HR reports, presentations, projects, and process improvements.
7. Bring the Energy: Contribute fresh ideas and help us create a better employee experience.
