Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Catalog Executive to manage and maintain accurate product information across e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good knowledge of product data management, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain product catalogues and online listings.

Upload product information, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing.

Ensure product information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify product information.

Monitor product listings and correct errors or missing information.

Support product categorisation, tagging, and search optimisation.

Maintain product databases and catalogue records.

Prepare regular reports on catalogue updates and product data.

Ensure all product content follows company standards and guidelines.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in catalogue management, e-commerce, product data, or administration is preferred.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working with large amounts of product information.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS systems is an advantage.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
