Responsibilities
- Assist in managing, updating and improving the company website.
- Update product information, images, specifications, catalogues and company content on the website.
- Assist in improving website layout, navigation and overall user experience (UI/UX).
- Design website banners, promotional materials, product visuals and other digital content.
- Organise product categories and maintain accurate website information.
- Assist with basic SEO optimisation to improve website visibility on search engines.
- Support the team in creating digital content for social media and online marketing campaigns.
- Perform basic image editing, resizing and optimisation for website use.
- Assist in maintaining WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce or other website CMS platforms.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure website content, links, images and pages are functioning properly.
- Support other digital marketing, e-commerce and website-related tasks assigned by the company.
