- Support the execution of funding initiatives, including asset-backed financing structures (ABS) and partnerships, to contribute to Monee’s regional funding strategy.
- Assist in end-to-end financing transactions, including deal preparation, due diligence, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders such as funding partners, legal counsel, and trustees.
- Work closely with Product and Operations teams to support the implementation of funding structures, ensuring operational processes are aligned for transaction readiness and go-live.
- Monitor portfolio and funding performance, including asset quality, cash flow trends, and reporting, while supporting ongoing partner management and issue resolution.
- Analyse funding and portfolio data to identify opportunities to optimise funding allocation, improve capital efficiency, and reduce cost of funds.
- Conduct research on market trends, securitisation structures, and regulatory developments across key markets.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Bring a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of lending products (e.g., credit cards, personal loans, microloans, fintech lending) and credit structuring. Experience in ABS or loan channeling within a regional market is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrate strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in tools such as SQL.
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
- Exhibit a self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly, work independently, and remain adaptable, with proven capability to drive and follow through on cross-functional initiatives.
