Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Review Utility Data Sheets (UDS) and Hookup Matrices.
Conduct site walkdowns and recommend appropriate material specifications and routing.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender submissions.
Develop business opportunities within the semiconductor, OSAT, and biotech industries.
Manage relationships with fab facilities and global OEMs.
Coordinate project handovers with BIM/CAD teams.
Negotiate scope variations and monitor new fab expansion projects.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards and EHS requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, UHP piping, or cleanroom utility projects.
Knowledge of UHP gas systems, P&IDs, SEMI standards, and ISO cleanroom requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Viewer, and Microsoft Excel.
