Job Summary

In this role, you’ll support diverse corporate marketing and communication efforts to tell our story clearly and consistently across all platforms.

Responsibilities

Write and edit clear, engaging content for the website, press releases, newsletters, social media, and internal communications to enhance audience understanding and engagement

Ensure brand consistency across all channels by applying brand guidelines and supporting visual storytelling through marketing materials and campaigns

Assist with drafting press releases, conducting media outreach, and tracking media coverage to support public relations efforts

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve campaign objectives

Manage communication logistics for events, including scheduling and coordination, to ensure smooth event execution

Contribute to social media strategy by managing content calendars and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement

Support internal and external communications through newsletters, reports, and other materials to maintain stakeholder engagement

Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors to inform content development and communication strategies

Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and timeliness by coordinating with team members for content updates

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or degree

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Proficiency in form-making tools and Canva or similar design tools to create marketing visuals

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively

Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach and ability to multitask

Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous

Strong writing and communication skills to produce clear and compelling content

Attention to detail and design sensibility to support brand and content quality

Other Information

Off-in-lieu will be provided for work outside office hours

VIVA Foundation for Children with Cancer focuses on life-saving leading-edge research, medical care and education.
