Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
Generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
Contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable products or services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of sales.
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
Meet or exceed assigned sales and business development targets.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in meeting and presenting to clients.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
