Full Time English Language Teacher (Full-Time) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,000 in VICTORIA WORLD ACADEMY PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a committed English Teacher (Full-Time) to complement our qualified workforce of educators.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the syllabus and scheme of work
• Teach English for IGCSE, A Level, and Foundation/IY1 programmes as assigned
• Apply differentiated teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment that promotes active learning and critical thinking
• Prepare, administer, and mark assessments, assignments, and examinations
• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide timely feedback, academic guidance, and intervention where necessary
• Serve as a mentor and/or Form Teacher, providing academic and pastoral support to students
• Communicate and collaborate with parents, academic staff, and student support teams regarding student progress and wellbeing
• Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, professional development activities, and school events
• Support assigned co-curricular activities and undertake other duties as required by the School
• Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• At least a Master's degree in related field
• Teaching qualification is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in IGCSE, A Level, Foundation, or other international curriculum
• Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to students of varying abilities and backgrounds
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and a collaborative team player

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,000.00 per month
