Full Time Legal Associate Jobs, Salary up to SGD 12,500 in BEACON LAW CORPORATION Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Main tasks:

·        Drafting and reviewing of legal documents and agreements, including sale and purchase agreements,
shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements and the like.

·        Familiarity with due diligence(both buy-side and sell-side).

·        Assisting in negotiations and related matters.

·        Matter completion and post-closing work.

·        Business development and networking activities.

·        Contributing to department know-how.

About You

·        At least 1 to 3 years' legal experience gained within a top-tier firm;

·        Qualified in Singapore;

·        Strong experience in M&A transactions;

·        Keen sense of curiosity and adaptability to turn your hands at novel transactions and issues;

·        Excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with commercial nous;

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including drafting) and excellent organisational skills.

·        Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage multiple and often competing priorities;

·        Build team morale and motivate team members, contributing to the creation of a positive work environment
and to assist with training and development;

·        Lateral thinker to develop innovative solutions to issues that arise during transactions; and

·        A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and, a desire
to interact with the market and build client relationships.
