Supply Chain Intern -(Inventory-Procurement-Purchasing) (September -October Intake) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 800 in Lee's Fandbee Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a Supply Chain Intern to support our Supply Chain operations. Interns will be assigned to one of the following departments based on their field of study, skills, and business requirements:

• Inventory
• Procurement
• Purchasing

The specific department will be determined during the internship placement process to ensure the assigned responsibilities are relevant to the candidate’s academic background and provide meaningful learning exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks within the assigned Supply Chain department.
• Support the team in managing documentation, records, reports, and other related administrative activities.
• Assist with the preparation and compilation of correspondences, reports, filing, and other documentation as required.
• Provide support for relevant business processes and modules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist with data entry, tracking, updating records, and other tasks related to Inventory, Procurement, or Purchasing, depending on the assigned department.
• Complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to support daily Supply Chain activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess or be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work in a diverse work environment, communicate effectively, and build good relationships within the organisation.
• Required skills: MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong willingness and drive to learn.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Dedicated, responsible, and committed to completing assigned tasks.

Internship Placement:

Please note: This is a Supply Chain Internship and candidates may be placed under Inventory, Procurement, or Purchasing. The final placement will be determined based on the candidate’s course of study, skills, suitability, and departmental requirements.

Pay: RM800.00 per month
