Full Time TECHNICIAN Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in PEM Fasteners (Malaysia) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure efficient operation of vision sorting and assembly machines to meet product specifications, quality standards, and production schedules.
• Perform machine setup, adjustment, changeover, and minor repairs in accordance with approved work instructions and product requirements.
• Support troubleshooting activities related to mechanical, pneumatic, and automated systems to minimize downtime and improve process stability.
• Conduct routine machine checks, cleaning, calibration assistance, and preventive maintenance to ensure consistent performance.
• Ensure all process work instructions, safety instructions, and quality requirements are strictly followed by production personnel.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 requirements, including proper identification and disposal of scheduled and hazardous waste.
• Practice good housekeeping in accordance with 5S standards and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support 100% vision inspection processes to guarantee product quality and conformance to customer requirements.
• Achieve departmental objectives, KPIs, and Key Result Areas (KRA) as assigned.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in production processes for screw machine operation is preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in machine operation, screw machine operation, or production setting.
• Strong positive work attitude, integrity, and sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
