Full Time Project Manager (Lift) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Oversee all project activities, the field team, and on-site personnel, ensuring that quality and safety standards are upheld at all times.

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, manage budgets and cost control, and comply with contractual scopes and specifications.

• Prepare and submit progress reports, progress claims, safety reports, purchase requisitions for materials, and ad-hoc project reports.

• Liaise with clients and consultants on design matters, and coordinate with the management team, supply chain, vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal support functions.

• Coordinate and communicate with Architects/Consultants/Main Contractors/Vendors/Sub-Contractors/Clients and Authorities.

• Take full accountability for the overall financial outcome of each project, regularly monitoring and reviewing progress against the plan, and taking corrective action where necessary to mitigate cost overruns.

• Lead the project team in executing projects.

• Carry out project planning and resource allocation.

• Conduct site surveys (pre-commencement, post-project, etc.).

• Handle documentation and communicate effectively with external parties and internal departments (e.g., approval of drawings, samples, schedules, delays, technical clarifications, EOT).

• Attend site meetings with customers and vendors.

• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics), Project Management, or equivalent.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (CSCPM) or Construction Safety Course for Project Managers – CSCPM Certification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.

• Effective communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.

• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.

• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• A good team player who is also able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Eager to learn and possesses a positive attitude with a focus on results
