Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Drive DevOps best practices by building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation and deployment strategies.
• Champion platform reliability, security, monitoring and disaster recovery across production environments.
• Collaborate closely with Software Engineering teams to improve delivery, release management and operational excellence.
• Mentor and guide a small DevOps team while contributing hands-on to technical solutions.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 8 years of DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure experience, with experience leading technical teams.
• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and container technologies (Docker/ECS).
• Proven experience building and maintaining modern CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash or Node.js, with an automation-first mindset.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as Financial Services, FinTech or other security-focused industries will be an added advantage.
