Full Time Quantity Surveyer cum Drafter Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in FIRETRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

RESPONSIBILITIES

Using autocad to draw shop drawing and as built drawings                 

Assist Project Manager / Engineer to update drawing & documentation as per customer comments

Maintain proper process documentation

· Estimate cost and prepare tender documents

· Prepare design brief documents for all mechanical and electrical services

· Evaluate Contractor’s design proposals and specifications

· Assess interim payment applications and final accounts

· Carry out cost analyses on mechanical and electrical services

· Provide general support and advice on various aspects of mechanical and electrical services

REQUIREMENTS

· Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Quantity Survey or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in design, supervision and project management, cost estimate, tendering, pre and post contract administration of either mechanical or electrical discipline

· In-depth knowledge of construction laws and regulations

· Good verbal and written communication skills

. Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with all levels

. Proficient in AutoCAD (M&E Drawings) 2D & 3D
