Accounting:

• Maintain accurate and current financial records and ledgers.
• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment vouchers.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and the preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.

Human Resources:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes.
• Coordinate interviews and the onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing by providing the necessary data.
• Help organize training sessions, employee engagement activities, and events.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in administration.
• Meticulous, organized, and hardworking, with good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
