Job Description

• Support data entry, record updating, and maintaining administrative databases.
• Help prepare reports, letters, and simple documentation as required by the team.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, etc).
• Support in daily operational tasks and ad-hoc assignments under automotive admin.
• Ensure all documents are handled with confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrator, Office Management, Customer service or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor
• Duration of 4 months and above.
• The ability to pay attention to details and prioritize your tasks.
• Applicants with Driving License are preferred.

Allowance: RM *************/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM750.00 - RM900.00 per month
