Job Summary

BFA seeks an experienced football coach to lead the academy setup, delivering training sessions, managing teams, coordinating trials, and maintaining player records. (role will be part time with a view to full time)

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver football training sessions tailored to various age groups to develop player skills and engagement
• Organize and manage teams on match days to ensure smooth operations and player readiness
• Collaborate with administrative staff to coordinate trials for recruiting new players
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of player attendance to monitor participation and progress
• Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is fit for training sessions
• Engage children effectively to create educational and enjoyable football sessions
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet session schedules

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum AFC C coaching license
• Proficient in Google Docs, spreadsheets, and related tools

Other Information

Sessions:

• Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday 5:30pm - 7pm
• Saturday 10am - 11:30am
• Sundays as required for matches

Candidate must be prepared to have a physical interview before job acceptance Start date 3rd week in October 2026

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
