Responsibilities
6 Days Work Week (off on either Saturday or Sunday)
Nearest MRT Tanjong Pagar, Shenton Way
Basic + Commission
Job Responsibilities:
Provide personalised consultations to clients and understand their preferences, wedding requirements, style and budget.
Recommend suitable bridal gowns, accessories and styling options while delivering a premium customer experience.
Manage the full client journey from initial consultation through confirmation, follow-up and handover.
Drive sales conversion through consultative selling and maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
Identify opportunities for additional gown selections, accessories and other relevant bridal styling options.
Build strong long-term relationships with clients and support referral opportunities with brides and industry partner
Maintain accurate client, payment, product and follow-up records while coordinating closely with fitting and operations teams.
Support boutique events, VIP appointments and bridal showcases, while providing guidance to junior team members where required.
Job Requirements:
Around 5–7 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, beauty, bridal sales or other premium client-facing sales environments.
Strong sales track record with excellent client relationship and consultation skills.
Confident, polished and comfortable dealing with clients in a premium service environment.
