Responsibilities and qualifications:

• Install, set up, and test coffee machines and other operational equipment at outlets.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing according to schedule.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform repairs, and replace defective parts.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and ad hoc repair requests.
• Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and spare parts records.
• Coordinate with vendors or suppliers when major repairs or specialist support are needed.
• Guide outlet staff on basic troubleshooting and proper equipment use.
• Follow safety standards and company SOPs during all maintenance work.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment; experience servicing coffee machines or similar equipment is an advantage.
• Able to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently.
• Comfortable travelling to outlets and responding to urgent equipment issues when required.
• Organised in recording maintenance work and managing spare parts.
• Able to communicate clearly with outlet teams, vendors, and suppliers.
• Committed to safe working practices and reliable service.

Keep coffee machines and outlet equipment running safely and reliably by installing and setting up equipment at new outlets, carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance and routine servicing, and responding to breakdowns and ad hoc repair requests at existing stores.
