Full Time HR Executive - Selangor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,500 in RK Management Solutions Selangor - Maukerja

Industry/ Specialization: Industrial machinery manufacturer specializing in heat exchange and cooling solutions

Employment Type: Permanent

Position: HR Executive

Work Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00AM–5:00PM

Salary Package: RM4,500-6,500 (depends on experience)

Responsibilities:

Handle payroll and compensation & benefits administration.

Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, grievances, and staff welfare.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.

Manage employment contracts, HR documentation, onboarding and offboarding.

Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.

Support training, performance management and other HR initiatives.

Handle other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience

Experience in foreign worker management or HR administration will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
