Full Time Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – C-S - M-E - Architectural Jobs, in C@nspecs Pte Ltd - Maukerja

C@NSPECS is seeking experienced Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) for major construction projects in Singapore.

We welcome candidates with experience in Civil & Structural (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), or Architectural works. Candidates with more extensive relevant experience may also be considered for Senior Resident Technical Officer positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and statutory requirements.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, quality and progress of construction works.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other site disciplines.
• Maintain proper site, inspection and progress records.
• Identify defects or non-conformances and monitor rectification works.

Discipline Experience

• C&S: Structural, reinforced concrete, precast, structural steel, foundations, drainage and related civil works.
• M&E: Mechanical and electrical building services, utilities, MEP coordination, testing and commissioning.
• Architectural: Architectural works, facade and roofing systems, finishes, waterproofing and interior fit-out works.

Requirements

• C&S: Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• M&E: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Architectural: Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Architectural Studies, or Civil/Structural Engineering with relevant architectural supervision experience.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant RTO experience.
• Candidates with 10+ years of RTO experience may be considered for Senior RTO positions.
• Relevant IES/ACES RTO accreditation/registration and safety certifications, where applicable.
• Strong site coordination, communication and record-keeping skills.
• Experience on major building, infrastructure, airport, transport or similarly complex projects will be advantageous.
