Job Responsibilities

• Review structural / Architectural design drawings and documents submitted by the consultant for constructability, compliance with project specifications and potential clashes with other disciplines. Responsible for timely scheduling and issuance of CBP drawings and rebar drawings align with project schedule and construction activities.
• Work closely with structural consultants/architectural/M&E engineers/ BIM modellers and various subcontractors to resolve structural/technical issues and ensure smooth integration of different disciplines.
• Provide technical support to the site team on structural-related matters, interpreting design drawings and resolving site queries. Liaise with the structural consultant to address site issues and implement design changes or clarifications as needed.
• Maintaining proper documentation of design changes, site instructions and correspondences. Attending technical meetings and Internal / External design coordination meetings to report outcomes and ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
• Compiling and handing over structural as-built drawings upon project completion.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Total Work Experience: 5 years
• Drafting experience is a plus
• At least 2 years of MicroStation experience
• Working with LTA experience: At least 1-2 years
