Key Responsibilities
Cook
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes
Ensure food quality and presentation
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Monitor stock and minimize food wastage
Support daily kitchen operations
Assist in guiding junior kitchen staff
Requirements
Passionate about the F&B industry
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Minimum 2 years of cooking experience preferred
Food Safety Level 1 Certificate is an advantage
Working Pattern
5-days' work week
Rotating shifts
Weekends and Public Holidays required
