We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Employee Support & Advisory Executive to support the delivery of HR operational services throughout the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and is committed to providing excellent service to employees and stakeholders.

As part of the HR Shared Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently, in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding administration, including employee screenings, offer letter issuance, employee declarations, and related documentation.
• Coordinate post-employment screening processes and highlight any discrepancies to the relevant HR Business Partners.
• Administer employee lifecycle transactions, including transfers, secondments, employment type conversions, re-employment, and cessation of employment.
• Support activities related to the Representative Notification Framework (RNF) for financial advisers, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and ensure proper document management.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to employee and stakeholder enquiries.
• Support the ex-employee reference check process.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, projects, and other HR operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
