Job Summary

Manage and resolve network operation issues, coordinate contractor activities, and ensure operational continuity through effective monitoring, reporting, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Resolve daily network issues reported by the Network Operation Centre (NOC) via NMS, calls, or emails to maintain system stability

Review outstanding issues weekly and plan root cause analysis to produce monthly reports and validate contractor SLA compliance

Coordinate and track contractor activities to prevent conflicts with critical operations

Initiate and review change requests, including post-implementation assessments, to ensure smooth transitions

Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and compliance

Update and maintain accurate records to support audit and operational requirements

Validate contractor work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications

Escalate operational impacts promptly to management for timely resolution

Facilitate monthly management meetings to communicate status, issues, and action plans

Requirements

At least diploma in IT related field

Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Comfortable to travel around from site to site
