About the Company

AEM Development & Support: Design, develop, enhance, and support applications on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Author/Publisher environments and associated integrations. Frontend Development: Work with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development, UI enhancements, troubleshooting, and integration with AEM-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Application Support & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve application, environment, deployment, and production issues across multiple projects, coordinating with relevant technical teams when required.
• BlackBerry UEM Administration & Support: Manage and support the on-premise BlackBerry UEM environment, including administration, configuration, troubleshooting, user/device-related issues, and coordination with relevant teams.
• Windows Server Administration: Manage Windows servers supporting the BlackBerry UEM environment, including disk-space management, cleanup of unused files, server maintenance, configuration changes, and general server health/support activities.
• Network & Infrastructure Coordination: Handle and coordinate firewall requests, PAC file configuration, host-file changes, connectivity-related troubleshooting, and other infrastructure/network requirements associated with application and UEM environments.
• Application Deployments: Plan and execute application deployments across environments, including coordination of deployment activities and post-deployment validation.
• CI/CD & Source Control: Work with Bamboo and Bitbucket for build, deployment, source-code management, branch management, and release activities.
• Release & Environment Management: Coordinate releases across different environments and troubleshoot environment-specific deployment and configuration issues.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key technical point of contact for stakeholders, coordinating requirements, technical discussions, issue resolution, deployments, and project updates.
• Cross-Project Support: Provide technical support and coordination across multiple projects and applications/environments under the team's responsibility.
• Technical Ownership: Take ownership of assigned technical issues from investigation through resolution, including coordination with infrastructure, security, network, application, and external/client teams where required.
• Technical Solutioning & Effort Estimation: Lead the technical solutioning for new AEM projects and initiatives, including requirement analysis, defining the proposed AEM architecture/technical approach, evaluating implementation options, identifying dependencies, and providing effort estimations for development and implementation activities.
