Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Assist with social media content, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Support the planning and coordination of hotel events, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Assist with client enquiries, follow-ups, and communication with business partners.
• Support sales activities, client visits, and promotional events when required.
• Conduct basic market research and assist in monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain proper records of sales and marketing documents.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to support sales and marketing initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and interested in sales, marketing, and social media.
• Good teamwork and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.
