Full Time Business Development Executive (English required) Jobs, in Emers Vietnam Federal Territory - Maukerja

Report to: International Business Development Director | Level: Team Member

I. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily communication with overseas customers and key accounts.
• Follow up PO, SO, order confirmation, delivery schedule, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal operation teams on shipment arrangement.
• Follow up payment status, overdue payment, credit issues, and commercial terms.
• Support export sales operation, including cross-border order handling and shipment coordination.
• Work with overseas branches and local teams to support customer requests and urgent issues.
• Prepare sales reports, order tracking, customer updates, and meeting summaries.
• Support distributor, wholesale, EC, and trading customer communication.
• Escalate problems early and propose next steps when order, payment, shipment, or customer issues occur.
• Support international business projects for Nike, Under Armour, On, K-Swiss, Palladium, or other assigned brands.

II. REQUIREMENTS

• Good English writing and speaking ability.
• Experience in international sales, export sales, key account, distributor sales, wholesale sales, or trading company sales.
• Practical experience in import/export, overseas order handling, payment follow-up, shipment coordination, or cross-border trading operations.Strong follow-up ability and attention to detail.
• Able to handle overseas customers independently.
• Basic understanding of order, payment, shipment, and warehouse process.
• Able to work with sales, logistics, finance, warehouse, and merchandise teams.
• Able to handle pressure, urgent requests, and changing priorities.
• Good-to-have BackgroundSports, footwear, apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
• Brand distributor or trading company background.
• Experience working with overseas customers, distributors, or regional accounts.
