Handle recruitment and onboarding of migrant workers.
Coordinate documentation, work pass applications and deployment arrangements.
Liaise with clients to understand manpower requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates,
Ensure recruitment processes and documentation comply with relevant Singapore regulations.
Monitor recruitment progress, timelines and placement outcomes.
Improve recruitment processes and develop effective candidate sourcing strategies.
