Full Time Technician (Chargeman) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Pure Mylk Selangor - Maukerja

1. Job Purpose

To oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot the RTD filler machine, packaging lines, utility, low voltage control room, robotic systems, VTIS processing, pilot plant, and UHT processing.

2. Key Accountabilities

· Responsible for carrying out preventive maintenance tasks assigned by the Engineer/AM/HOD.

· Ensure all factory production equipment, both mechanical and electrical, is maintained in proper operating condition especially LV control room.

· Be on standby during shift operations and report directly to the Engineer/AM/HOD when equipment requires repair or adjustment.

· Work closely with the Manufacturing team during equipment repairs and seek assistance from the Fitter when required.

· Report any abnormalities or defects in factory equipment, electrical, control room to the Engineer/AM for appropriate action.

· Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all related equipment to ensure optimum performance and minimize downtime.

· Maintain accurate logbooks, maintenance records, MSB calibration, LV control room and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

· Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify equipment and system faults or breakdowns.

· Escalate major equipment issues to the relevant superiors and support the implementation of corrective actions.

· Complete and update daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance checklists.

3. Job Requirements/ Qualifications

Educational Background

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or chargeman A0 & A1

Working Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in food processing
• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processing

Required language(s)

• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic understanding of English.

Required Knowledge

• Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance especially Low Voltage control room.
• Familiarity with food and beverage processing.
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of beverage manufacturing equipment and MSB electrical station.
• Basic knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including PLCs and automation.
• Skilled in preparing and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Hands-on experience in carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Proficient in maintaining accurate daily logs, maintenance records, and documentation.
• Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 (an added advantage).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
