Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Operation Crew Intern to join our kiosk team. This role focuses on front-of-house operations, customer service, and ensuring smooth daily kiosk activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily kiosk operations (front counter service)
• Serve customers and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner
• Prepare and serve products such as frozen yogurt, croffle, and toppings
• Maintain cleanliness of kiosk area, display, and dining area
• Ensure product presentation and serving standards are followed
• Assist in stock arrangement using FIFO & FEFO system
• Follow daily operational checklist and SOP compliance
• Support team during peak hours

Requirements

• Students or fresh graduates any field (F&B / Hospitality preferred)
• Interested in customer service and outlet operations
• Friendly, responsible, and proactive
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Team player and willing to learn
